Shipping & Damage Protection

Orders ship within one business day from our Los Angeles warehouse. USPS Priority (2–3 days) and UPS Next Day Air are available at checkout. Free shipping on all orders over $60.

Every order is protected against damage in transit. If your product arrives damaged, we will send a one-time replacement at no cost to you. Photo evidence is required and all claims are subject to review.

1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging as soon as it arrives.
2. Email support@pepclub.com with your order number and photos.
3. Once verified, we will ship a one-time replacement within 24 hours.

• Products damaged during shipping (with photo evidence)
• Defective products that do not meet purity standards
• Incorrect items received

• Reconstituted products
• Damage claims without photo evidence
• Products improperly stored after delivery
• Products without proof of purchase
• Refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction
